I’ve lost ten pounds.
I’m so excited for myself I have stuck to my diet and lost ten pounds.
Its the first time other then right after I had a baby that I’ve stuck to my diet and lost 10 pounds.
I started buddy slim back in July and then fell off of my diet until now. I restarted my diet Oct 1, 2007, and since then I’ve lost 10 pounds.
I am stronger now and my commitment is stronger each day that goes by that I stick to my diet I find myself more encourged then I was the day before.
WE CAN all do it we can all reach are goals we are all worth it.
Remember what you want, every day that your tempted to eat something that you know you shouldn’t remember what you want.
Remember there is a slim you underneath all the layers of fat.
I have to remind myself of that and remind myself that I am worth it. I can be skinny! And so can you!!!
