I’ve lost ten pounds.

I’m so excited for myself I have stuck to my diet and lost ten pounds.
Its the first time other then right after I had a baby that I’ve stuck to my diet and lost 10 pounds.

I started buddy slim back in July and then fell off of my diet until now. I restarted my diet Oct 1, 2007, and since then I’ve lost 10 pounds.

I am stronger now and my commitment is stronger each day that goes by that I stick to my diet I find myself more encourged then I was the day before.

WE CAN all do it we can all reach are goals we are all worth it.

Remember what you want, every day that your tempted to eat something that you know you shouldn’t remember what you want.

Remember there is a slim you underneath all the layers of fat.

I have to remind myself of that and remind myself that I am worth it. I can be skinny! And so can you!!!

Back

I finally got myself back onto my diet. I fell off for quite some time. I try to blame it on the fact that I moved and fell out of sync and never quite got myself back on my diet. Well now I’m back with a vengence.

I’m determined again. Now I just need the focus to keep going.

The first few days are always the hardest for me just getting my mind set and getting my body use to less calories and less caffine.

My caffine headaches have me grabbing my head most of the day. Hopefully they wont last many more days.

Just thought I should blog that i’m back and ready to get this weight gone.

The end of week one the beginning of week two.

Week One October 1-7
Weight: 202
Goals: To shrink my stomach, To stop drinking regular sodas. To drink only one caffine drink per day. To drink as much water as possible.
Slim Fast shakes twice a day one low fat calorie meal.

Week Two October 8-14
Weight: 197
Goals: To shrink my stomach more. To drink 8 glasses of water a day. Continue to drink one diet caffine soda per day. Two Slim fast shakes. 1 to 2 low fat meals.

My First star/ Goals for this Week.

I’m so excited my first star!!WOOHOO! So far I’ve lost 7 pounds.

My goals for this week!

1300 to 1500 Calories
Over 100 ounces of water per day.
Exercise 3 times daily/20 min segments.
Watch, Fat, Protein, Fiber and Carbs.

My story!

When I married I weighed between 140 and 150 I don’t know the exact amount. When I’m not dieting I avoid the scale like a bad plague. Which could be one of my problems.
I am scared that if I weigh myself I’ll get all upset. So I ignore it and act like its not there.
I’m one of the type who can gain weight very easily, one of the reasons I know is because I don’t drink enough water and I hate exercising.
TWO VERY VERY bad habits.
I’m not really a sweet binger but sometimes Yes I do over eat.

I am 5.4″. Right now I weigh 198 pounds. That is so hard for me to share it with others. I hate it I want it to be lower it is embaressing to admit.
This of course is a non doctor scale I’m sure it would weigh me more.

I am going to go out and buy a scale that I will use on a weekly basis so that I will have a accurate reading everytime by using the same scale.

I’m ready to begin the process to start my diet.

I need to first buy my scale and the other things I will need to diet.

RIGHT AFTER i wrote this I got determined and started my diet…..

I just wanted to share with everyone!

My Mothers Day.

You ever had one of those days that are just so relaxing? I did, it was a AWESOME DAY!
For many reasons to name a few. I have a wonderful husband and 3 wonderful children they made me feel very special.
JEFF GORDON WON! Good bonus on Mothers day. “sorry if your not a Jeff fan.”
WE WENT TO the BEACH! I love the beach I had so much fun with the hubby and the kiddos.
WE came home and cooked on the grill, WE had shrimp YUMMY!

I even exercised later on. I had a GREAT Day I kept in my calorie budget in everything.

VERY disappointed.

I made a huge mistake when I first begun my weigh in I weighed in on my sisters scale that wasn’t digital and probably not very accurate.
WELL yesterday I went out and I bought a brand new digital scale. WELL!
All that work I did last week was for nothing in my mind.
NOW I weigh more on this scale then I did at on my sisters scale so I have to up my weight. I have no clue at what my weight lost might have been.
I feel thinner my husband says I look thinner, but still the scale tells me more then what I thought I weighed.
So now a 4.5 pound difference I’ve had to add to my ticker and it isn’t a lost its a gain.
Even though I know I did soooo well this week.
I’m so disappointed! :*(

Your not ALONE!

If your feeling hunger pains knawling at you and your head is busting from lack of caffine. I WANT YOU TO KNOW YOUR NOT ALONE!
There are a lot of us out there struggling with our minds mostly.
YOU CAN DO IT!
I’m here to tell you so many have treaded this path before us and we can be strong and stay commited.

I’m doing good.

Officially today is my 4th day on my diet. I actually started my diet plan right before I joined buddyslim.
I weighed in at a whooping 194 pounds before and now I’m at 191, with my last weigh in being on tuesday may 8, 2007.
I will weigh myself again on Saturday.
I’m hungry and have a headache ‘due to the fact I’ve limited my caffine intake.’
The first week or two are always the hardest for me trying to shrink my stomach down.
But I’m very encouraged with how well I’m doing.
I have a program with my computer that I enter in everything I eat from day to day. So it helps me keep my calorie goals I have set for myself.
I also have set goals to drink only one caffine drink a day whether it be sweet tea, energy drink ‘they are 8 calories.” or diet soda.
I don’t drink anything that is high in sugar.
I have set  a water goal I want to drink as much water as I can consume per day.
I will have a actual quota probably starting next week of how much I want to drink per day.
So far I have consumed no sweets but I’m pretty sure there will be days will I will have to have just a taste.
I’m also a Breastfeeding Mom so I have to be even more careful of what I consume and how much I consume.
Not to little or not to much.

Exercise right now I’m trying to walk on the treadmill every day. I’m building up slowly because I’m so out of shape.
