I’m doing good.

Officially today is my 4th day on my diet. I actually started my diet plan right before I joined buddyslim.
I weighed in at a whooping 194 pounds before and now I’m at 191, with my last weigh in being on tuesday may 8, 2007.
I will weigh myself again on Saturday.
I’m hungry and have a headache ‘due to the fact I’ve limited my caffine intake.’
The first week or two are always the hardest for me trying to shrink my stomach down.
But I’m very encouraged with how well I’m doing.
I have a program with my computer that I enter in everything I eat from day to day. So it helps me keep my calorie goals I have set for myself.
I also have set goals to drink only one caffine drink a day whether it be sweet tea, energy drink ‘they are 8 calories.” or diet soda.
I don’t drink anything that is high in sugar.
I have set  a water goal I want to drink as much water as I can consume per day.
I will have a actual quota probably starting next week of how much I want to drink per day.
So far I have consumed no sweets but I’m pretty sure there will be days will I will have to have just a taste.
I’m also a Breastfeeding Mom so I have to be even more careful of what I consume and how much I consume.
Not to little or not to much.

Exercise right now I’m trying to walk on the treadmill every day. I’m building up slowly because I’m so out of shape.

    Good luck to you!  Sounds like you have made some good changes so far.  Little by little things can get easier if you stick to your guns.  And I can so relate on the caffeine headache thing.  Been there, done that.  Keep up the good work!

    It sounds like you’re doing really good so far!  I went through the same thing with the caffeine headaches, but am so very glad that I gave up sodas completely.  All I drink now is water and Arizona diet green tea.
